These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ripflow, a software application and website operated by Ripflow ("Ripflow," "we," "us," or "our") that helps you identify, price, and list trading cards. By creating an account or using Ripflow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Ripflow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool. You photograph trading cards, and our software identifies each card, estimates a price from publicly available marketplace comparables, and helps you create listings on connected marketplaces such as eBay. Ripflow is a software tool only — it is not a marketplace, broker, dealer, escrow service, or payment processor for card sales, and it does not buy, sell, hold, ship, or take title to any card.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Ripflow. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@ripflow.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
Ripflow offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (currently Pro and Hustle). Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By starting a paid plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming every listing — including the identification, condition, description, and price — before it is published, and for any price set automatically by features you enable (such as auto-list or auto-reprice). By using those automated features you accept responsibility for the listings they create on your behalf. We strongly recommend you check each listing against your own judgment and current market conditions before and after it goes live.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ripflow is not liable for any loss arising from a mispriced, misidentified, or mis-described listing, including a card listed, sold, or purchased for more or less than its actual or market value, whether the price was suggested by Ripflow, set automatically, or entered manually. We do not warrant that any card will sell, or sell at any particular price.
Ripflow integrates with third-party services, including eBay (for comparables and listing), Stripe (for payments), and AI providers such as Anthropic (for card identification). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. When you connect a marketplace account, you authorize Ripflow to act on your behalf within the scope you grant, and you remain responsible for complying with that marketplace's rules, including listing accuracy, fees, taxes, shipping, and returns. You can revoke this access at any time.
You are solely responsible for the cards you list, the accuracy of your listings, and compliance with all applicable laws and marketplace policies. You agree not to use Ripflow to: list counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items; infringe anyone's intellectual property; misrepresent items; or interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the card photos and information you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Ripflow a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the service — for example, sending images to our AI provider for identification and creating listings you request. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Ripflow and its software, design, logos, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that identifications or price estimates will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ripflow and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or losses from mispriced, misidentified, or mis-described listings, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ripflow from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your listings, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using Ripflow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
